THIS is a breakdown of Chris Symes' working week. Chairman and assistant manager Neil Cottrell shares the duties of opening the clubhouse and running the bar, cleans the kit and drives the mini-bus to away first-team and Youth-team games

Sunday: Open up the clubhouse for the ladies' team, run the bar and clear up afterwards.

Sunday: Open up the clubhouse for the ladies' team, run the bar and clear up afterwards. Spend time doing administration for four teams

Monday: Bank money and repair the pitch

Tuesday: Take training in the evening

Wednesday: Clean changing rooms if the Youth team are playing

Thursday: Spend all day producing match programme for home games, take training in the evening

Friday: Stock the bar, prepare pitch for following day's game, open up clubhouse for the Centre of Excellence, run the bar, host and DJ any party bookings and clear up afterwards

Saturday: Ensure changing rooms are clean, hang up the kit, prepare post-match food, put out flags, sometimes man the gate, welcome officials and opposition, deliver team talk. After the match cook food, run the bar, feed officials, host and DJ any party bookings and clear up afterwards
