Football: Wroxham gained another chance in the FA Vase following a 1-1 draw after extra-time at Armthorpe Welfare on Saturday.

The replay will be at Trafford Park next Saturday, ko 3pm.

Both 'keepers Scott Howie for Wroxham and James Green for Armthorpe were in good form.

Armthorpe scored first through Paul Ashton on 16mins and Wroxham equalised on 22mins from Gareth Simpson. Howie made some excellent saves for Wroxham in the second period to take the tie into extra-time.

Armthorpe hit the post in extra-time but Paul Cooke twice and Matty Daniels had good chances for Wroxham. But a cracking tie in a mud bath ended all square and a fair result.
