Ipswich Town have released details of how fans can get tickets for the Championship play-off final at Wembley on May 25 - if the Blues beat Norwich City on Saturday.

Mick McCarthy’s side take on the Canaries in the semi-final second-leg at Carrow Road on Saturday with the scores locked at 1-1.

This afternoon, both clubs released Wembley ticket details simultaneously to give fans plenty of time to plan if their team gets through to the final.

Ipswich have been initially allocated 38,888 seats in the east side of the stadium.

Supporters are advised to use the next 48 hours to check they can log on successfully to www.itfcdirect.com. The club says this is imperative if you wish to purchase tickets for the final, as tickets will ONLY be sold online.

If fans experience problems logging on to their account please contact the club’s ticket enquiries line on 03330 050503. No ticket sales will be processed over the phone.

If Ipswich make the final, tickets will be on sale from 6pm on Saturday, May 16, from www.itfcdirect.com only, in line with the following priorities:

Priority Stage (guaranteed ticket)

Current season ticket holders (inc. Platinum/Gold members), additional club members (Silver, Student, Overseas), junior members, debenture holders, Academy ‘Robson’ friends.

Tickets can only be bought at the customer number price band – upgrades cannot be offered on any ticket purchased. The ticket being purchased must be used by the customer purchasing it.

Priority customers are able to buy one ticket per registered customer number. Tickets purchased before general sale stage will be guaranteed a ticket. Maximum eight tickets per transaction.

Tickets will be available from Monday May 18, 8am.

Booking Fees

There will be a fee of £1.50 per match ticket and fees for delivery per booking of £7.50 (Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery).

Ticket Limits

Individual supporter sales are limited to eight tickets in any one transaction.

Disabled & Visually Impaired Supporters

The price charged to wheelchair patrons is equivalent to the relevant price for the area in which they’re situated, with their personal assistants (PA – where required) gaining access free of charge. Concession rates will apply across all of these tickets for Junior Wheelchair patrons 16 years of age and under and senior citizens. Ambulant patrons should be similarly treated.

There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for persons with mobility difficulties, which are positioned in Level 1 on rows 30/31. Please note head-sets and mini induction loops need to be booked in advance, please enquire via the Club for details. Disabled tickets can be purchased 8am on Sunday May 17 only via Warner Duff, Ipswich Town FC’s disability liaison officer, on (01473) 400556.

Group Bookings

A maximum of eight tickets can be bought together in one transaction, if buying tickets on behalf of other supporters. Supporters should utilise the ‘Friends & Family’ option on www.itfcdirect.com to ensure seats are purchased in the same row/area.

Family Area

The club has been issued 1,703 tickets designated in family area seating blocks. These are blocks 105-108. The club would advise anybody booking in this area to have no more than two adults to one junior. Fans booking in this area must have a ‘16 & Under’ within their party.

Singing Section

The Club will be promoting blocks 110 – 113 as the ‘singing section’ for Town fans.
