JAY Emmanuel-Thomas has taken to Twitter to request a local keeper to help him with shooting practice.
The Ipswich playmaker made the unusual request this evening as he looks to sharpen up ahead of Thursday’s return to official pre-season training.
JET originally tweeted: “Who from ipswich is a goal keeper i could need some assistance tomoro morning?”
Having apparently received a good response, the former Arsenal man later wrote: “Its hard to choose lol i dnt no whose any good *ScratchesHead*.”

JET - if one of the volunteers is Cyril chose him - not sure how good he is in goal - but he is the worlds leading expert on all things football.
