Having won the old Division Two just 12 months before, Alf Ramsey’s team of ‘has-beens’ and ‘misfits’ were then crowned the best team in England after winning the top flight at the first time of asking.

Find out:

- What made Alf Ramsey tick from the men who knew him most

  • Rob, there are more people watching the Town now than in the late 1990s when we had a club before the "sell out". Average gates were 10-13,000 then, now they are 16-18,000. How do you figure that one out.
