Lowestoft Town’s Ryman League Premier clash at home to Cray Wanderers today has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.
Despite a band of volunteers clearing much of the Crown Meadow pitch of snow, the overnight temperature has left the surface unplayable according to officials, who undertook a pitch inspection at 8am.
Lowestoft are next due to be in action on Tuesday night at Suffolk rivals Bury Town.
