3rd or 4th from bottom
Seems fairly accurate. There may end up being one or two teams worse than ur budgies and with a bit of a luck u could scrape either of those places. What do u reckon about Town?

Accoring to a poll on the EADT web site 61.25% think Ipswich will be relegated

I have to admit, if Jim uses his squad affectively and we're luckier with injuries than we usually are than play-offs is the least I expect.
Fancy Campo will have a big say on this. Just what we needed, an experienced, quality, organising defensive midfielder. Excellent signing, Jim.
i agree with you both - despite the 2 home defeats, i think play-offs are well within reach and who knows, if we get a run going we could set the pace. campo is certainly going to make a big difference, especially when he gets match fit.
i think the main positive is that the squad has a depth it didn't have previously and that could see us competing at the top.

Getting a bit closer to where we might get some idea then.
Once more Town are disappointingly mid-table. Some encouraging signs but the good work was spoilt somewhat by the inability to break down Doncaster. Well done to them, if they can find a cutting edge, they will stand every chance of climbing away from the bottom. Let's hope Ambrose settles back in quickly and gives the creativity we need. Potentially a superb signing if he can stay fit. How refreshing to be able to afford that sort of quality again.
As for Col U, it doesnt look like they r coming straight back up and the budgies may well be joining them unless they have a good second half of the season and stay up.
Re: Where do you think we will finish this season/
Still anticipating above norridge, despite the setback of failing to beat all (and losing to three) of the bottom six. I can't quite see Carl Cort firing them to promotion! It also sounds like several of their loan players are due back in January so roeder will be starting again then.
Re: Where do you think we will finish this season/
Just checked the tables and see mathematically narridge can still catch Town, so since inchy is probably still as deluded into thinking this possible as he was at the start of the season, I will wait until after Easter to let him know where to pay his money. Interested to notice that gunny has lifted you out of the relegation zone too. Well done to him. Out of interest do you budgies believe he will succeed in this season's relegation battle?
I'm tired of your little empty site now but I'll pop back to let you no which charity to pay. Not that I trust you binner.
Well, shorty the time has come. I believe it is now mathematically impossible for u to catch Town. Congratulations on the likelihood of staying up now, though.
Place ur £50 on here under the name "little budgie" and I will check to see once u confirm here that u have done it. Please note that I have chosen this page due to a charity that is close to my heart but it is not me or anyone I know so feel free to put a message but the page owners won't know u or me!
As I always said, on such a ridiculous bet it was not u that needed to trust me (although u should). Can I trust the rude little budgie?
Re: Where do you think we will finish this season/
So that would be like a division and how many places above ur budgies? I wouldnt count on us joining u down there -there are 36 games left. Come back on this board in May if Town are still in the bottom three and the budgies r anywhere near the play-offs. I doubt u will be back!!!
