Great to have you here. I am sure you will be very happy at this club. We all know you are your own man and do things your own way - that has been successful for you in the past and we hope and believe it will be here. One plea - please don't ignore, neglect or discard our youth/young players. Producing young players has been very successful to us in the past and we continue to produce them and I and many other supporters believe they have been "sidelined" recently.
I am quite sure that Keane will use the if you're good enough you're old enough philosophy. I think it could be very promising for the likes of Rhodes and Wickham who both look cracking prospects. However, the biggest problem is the lack of a competitive reserve league at a decent level. Very few of the youngsters are going to be good enough to step straight from youth to Championship level and hence the need to give players loan experience (which for some strange reason seems to be a negative thing in some people's minds).
