Female fighter chokes reporter unconscious during interview

We journalists are known for occasionally putting ourselves in harm's way in the name of the job. I once had someone threaten to break both my legs in the course of a story, and the Angry Blonde was threatened with death during one particularly fiery police raid she was covering.

Aaron Tru didn't just get threatened though. In the course of an interview with top female mixed martial arts fighter Cristiane 'Cyborg' Santos, he got choked the f out.

The interview is a little long so, if you want to skip to the good stuff, fast forward to the 4:45 mark - trust me, you'll want to see it.

Aaron's eyes end up looking like a hamster's as it tries to squeeze through the bars of its cage.

This story also gives me an excellent excuse to link to a picture of the delectable Gina Carano, Santos' opponent in the upcoming superfight between the pair, whom many consider to be the two best female fighters in the MMA world.

Should be a cracker of a fight - just hope Gina's face doesn't end up looking like a bag of smashed crabs at the end.
