Stern John

STERN John has emerged as a target for Ipswich Town on transfer deadline day.

Front-runner John is currently on the books of Crystal Palace. The 33-year-old only recovered from elbow surgery last month and has started just one game since then.

John used to play under Keane at Sunderland. Town are reportedly hoping to sign him on loan as a temporary measure.
